Thank you for the explanation. It is very sound advice.
  2. I agree with tassie-devil because I chose random areas to buy, and yes, I bought some wrong one at this point, if I want to expand more, I have to get A LOT more money then now... When I noticed two or three areas... my head exploded... I wanted to go back in time before I even bought it and buy another one that was away from the ''EXPENSIVE'' area until I had millions of money...

We have all experienced this and suffered through the long wait for gathering our resources to buy that plot we want. Time will solve all problems.

    My advice is that:
Before lvl 12 get the farmland so you can build factories(mills/farms). It's really useful because you can get a lot out of events!
From lvl 12-15 try to get more land as it's the best time to increase your population. you might want to reshape the city because at the early stages your city might look... chaotic or awkward.
At lvl 16-20 get the ponds and claypit for bricks and brewery. Also get the plots by the bridge at lvl 20
Afterwards get the plots with already built-buildings on them!

    Hope this helps

Do not use Metromoney for expending your city. Never. City credits only.

yes its a huge waste of MMs. if youre short on CC produce rolls.

They only take 90 mis and selling at marketplaces at lowest price(usually around 700) will give u >16800 CC
