    I am trying to train a new student in the academy - All of the skills is on max and with 18 points left over I am not able to stat the training. Please Fix it.

    I have tried everything in my abilities. You will need to send in a support ticket and let someone with more abilities than me.

    Yes, send in a support ticket. On the upper right corner of the game screen click on the "?" also called the help button and follow the directions. It may take a while and require several steps. They are better placed to solve your issue than I am, a lowly board administrator.

    I do not have the ability to repair this issue. I have sent a message to my superiors reminding them of your issue.

    In several cases the totals return to normal after a while. No news.

    I have had this problem for 18 months now. I think this is more than a while...
    Is there anything I can do about it?

    You can submit a support ticket and the powers that be can look into this.

    Ok, just a little update about this issue. I have had this problem since January 2015 (yes, correct: 2015!). I have received no answer and so I just left the game. Now (4 June 2020) I submit a new support ticket and I just received an answer! Oh yes! The answer is: "Hello again, Please wait for an answer form us. We are forwarding your problem to our superiors. Your Bigpoint Customer Service Team, Maria"
    Let's hope.

    I can not tell you how long it will be. The "Brians" are in a different universe than I am, no direct contact.

    Hello, could you please explain us why the "brains" use to close the tickets even if they didn't fix the issues?
    Is this the way "the different universe" works?
